Out of state moves are hard and Covid did not make ours easier. Debi did an outstanding job before, during and after the sale. In short she saved our sanity! She helped with suggestions, priced the house well and handled all matters very professionally. Once we relocated and had difficulty getting a new home in our new state, we even called her for advice. We trust her judgment. She is very sweet but will “put her foot down” when it needs to be. Her photography and descriptions are impeccable. Our house was the top viewed listing in town for weeks because of her work and her team's photos/videos. Some of the incredible services she did for us included things we never expected an agent to do, i.e. cleaning our pool from branches after a severe storm, assisting movers with pickup of remaining furniture, watering plants, checking on the house, etc. This made selling our vacant home so much easier and we did not need to commute across states for these matters. Debi is very competent and we recommend her to anyone looking for an agent that delivers results!

Debi is a fantastic realtor! My husband and I initially used Debi to buy our house. Around the same time, we were having issues selling our townhouse and switched to Debi.
